Orders placed with PimpMyGlass.co.uk can take between 3 and 5 working days to be dispatched. Delays are usually outside of our control and we will always do our very best to meet with the estimated delivery times advertised throughout PimpMyGlass.co.uk.
If you order has not arrived within 10 working days, after dispatch date, it is considered 'Lost'. We shall provide a tracking number if available upon request if applicable. Your items will be delivered to the invoice or delivery address only.
Pricing and Payment
Prices of products are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of you placing your order. All PimpMyGlass.co.uk online transactions are fully secured with PayPal. Your payment details are not stored on our system and we keep no record of your credit card details.
Your credit card payment is authorised and processed at the point you place an order from us.
All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from sale without incurring any liability.
Should any product(s) you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by telephone or email suggesting an alternative product or allowing you to cancel your order should you wish. If we do not hear otherwise, we will send out your product(s) when back in stock.
You are deemed to place an order with PimpMyGlass.co.uk by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.
We will be unable to process an order if.....
(1) Where goods are not available.
(2) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
(3) If there has been a pricing or product description error.
(4) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
(5) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate personalisation at all times. Text provided to PimpMyGlass.co.uk will be used to personalise items and as such great care should be taken for accuracy, spelling and capitalisation. Unless otherwise stated only characters from the English keyboard can be personalised.
Order Cancellation Rights
Unfortunately the usual rights of order cancellation does not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order or if you have made a spelling mistake on your personalised products or whereby the product is personalised in any form. With this in mind, orders that are placed with PimpMyGlass.co.uk cannot be cancelled once in the process of being personalised.
If you are not completely satisfied with the personalised products you have received please contact us at any time within 14 working days of receipt via email email@example.com.
Unfortunately the usual rights of being able to return items where there is no fault does not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order or whereby the product is personalised inaccurately due to the buyer entering spelling or gramatical mistakes during the order process.
If an item received is incorrect, faulty, damaged or in circumstances where personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or an error made by any of our specialists, we shall of course be happy to provide you with a full refund (including cost of delivery) or offer to replace the item at no cost to you. We may require you to return the original item, in which case we will also refund the return postage cost.
